Rakutsu saw the sign next to him and read it with narrow eyes. Littleroot was just beyond this route. This was good considering how far he came. The journey from Kanto to Hoenn was rather long and tiring. It was good to finally be here so he can start training to reach his goal of becoming a officer of the law. Professor Burch will be a great help in this goal by giving him a pokemon.

Professor Birth was doing stuff in his to get ready to research out in the field which he liked to do. He was soon ready with his bag and headed out of the Lab ready to search stuff in the nearby route. Of course he happened to see a boy walk into town and could tell he was here for a reason so dicided to go over and say hi. "Well hello there. It's nice to see some new faces in this town. I'm Professor Birch. And you are?" The professor said smiling before asked the boy his name. After all it was only polite to ask.
OOC- you didn't say you walked into the lab so the professor went to you.

"Finally I'm here."
Rakutsu said to himself as he entered Littleroot after the long time spent traveling here. From the guide he had the lab shouldn't be too far away from here. Luckly he didn't need to go any further as the professor himself was walkig in his direction. Must have been going out to do more work.
"Hi professor sorry for interrupting your work, but I came here for a pokemon to start training. You have a little time to spare right?"

The professor smiled and nodded before getting 3 pokballs out and throwing them into the air. "These are the three pokemon you can choose from. The first one is Treecko,a grass type, the next one is Mudkip, a water type. And the last one here is Torchic, a fire type. You will also get these 5 pokeballs so you can catch other pokemon as well. " The professor said before handing over the 5 pokeballs to the boy. Meaning the 3 pokeball stood there on the ground looking up at the boy all hoping they would be picked. After a while though Treecko decided to put a foot on mudkip annoying it a bit. "Mudkip!" Was all the mudkip said before jumping to cause the Treecko to fall over. The torchic found this funny and began to laugh annying the treecko as it got up. OOC- sorry for the wait

[/div] Rakutsu stood back as the professor showed off the three regional starters to him. Each one of the pokemon would make a great alley in the long run. But he already made his choice before coming here. "I'll take Treeko with me." Rakutsu said as he pointed to the grass type. |

The professor nodded before handing over Treecko's Pokeball. "Here you go. This is Treecko's Pokeball. " The professor then got something out of his pocket. "Here have this too. It is a pokedex so you can keep track on pokemon you have seen or caught." The Professor said before handing over the device. "It is pretty simple to work. Mudkip, Torchic.... you may return for now" The professor then held up Mudkip's and Torchic's Pokeballs up cauging the two pokemon to turn into a red beam and go inside the balls. After that the professor put the two Pokeballs back before saying a final thing to the boy. "If there is nothing else then please allow me to leave a believe my feild work" The professor said before waiting for a responce.
OOC- Sorry for the wait your pokemon has been put into your party and your pokedex in your bag.
