Pixel bit her lip, she was nervous. It wasn't because she was going to the Professor's lab, she always helped there so that wasn't a problem. Maybe the problem was she was leaving the crew for her own journey, she already knew the Pokemon she wanted. Treecko, the pokemon had always fascinated her with it's sticky feet. "Today you are mine Treecko!" she fist pumped the air, and started a sprint to the lab. She now understood the excitement of owning a Pokemon. All the adventures that were going to happen, they were all starting today.
"I'm sorry I took so long Professor!"Pixel called into the lab and began to walk. No running in the Lab, she remembered that rule enough,

"Hell there Pixel" Professor Birth said turniing round to her allowing 3 Pokeballs to be seen on the table behind him. "You ready to start your Adventure?" He then asked before smiled at her and then stated something important. "You may choose between the 3 Pokeballs here and we will then battle eachother. But don't worry i will be using a weak pokemon that I caught reasently so you won't have too much trouble." Professor Birth said before getting a pokeball out of his pocket and throwing it up in the air. Professor Birth Sent out a Wurmple! What Starter will you choose? OOC: Sorry it is a bit short, it will get bigger as we go along.

ooc: Thats fine it's how I was too.Pixel grinned and picked up a pokeball, "I already picked my starter, I made sure to spend some bonding time with him before I chose him. I didn't want an incompatible friend would I?" she looked at the pokeball. This is my Pokemon and this is my first battle too! She thought to herself and threw the pokeball to release the Treecko.
Pixel Obtained the Treecko. "Right, Treecko only knows Pound and Leer at the moment...So...Use Pound Treecko!" Pixel commanded, excitement rushing through her bones.

"I see....... you are still smart then Pixel. But we well see how that works for you in battle." Professor Birch said before looking at the Trecko and his Wurmple. "OK Wurmple! UseTackle!" the Profesor comanded as Pixel's Trecko ran towards his Wurmple. His Wurmple soon ran the best it could towards the Treecko however ixel's Treecho managed to hit first but the Professor's Wurmple Managed to hit the Treeco with a Tackle right before they made contect. Wurmple then landed on the Lab Floor on it's feet luckily andreadyed itself for another attack. "Hmm you seem to be doing well so far" Professor Birth said as he waited to see what Pixel would do next.

Pixel knew Vern was going to win the battle but she didn't realize how intense these battles could get. "Right, Treecko! Another pound here we go!" she pointed to the Wurmple. It couldn't have a big move set, level 2 Wurmple, String shot and tackle. She nodded her head, "I know you can do this Treecko, we've been waiting months to get to where we are now! Don't let that Wurmple win!"

The Professor was inpressed at Pixel and he showed that with a smile. However he didn't say anything he just looked at his Wurmple before nodding and looking up again. "OK Wurmple use Tackle Again!" The professor called out and the Wurmple charged at the Treecko. The wumrple was able to hit the Treecko however the Trecko hit it first meaning it was having a bit of trouble standing now. The professor was worryed about Wurrmple but it knew that Wurmple would do it's best and so would Pixel's new Treecko. The professor still said nothing as he let Pixel choose her next move. He would say something after someone won.
