I know, its the rules, ahhhhhhhhhhh!
No but seriously they need to be said, otherwise people will misbehave.
So lets get right to it shall we?
1)Respect. If you don't like something don't do it to someone cause you find it funny. Use some sense, if you trust people how you would like to be treated, then they will treat you that way back.
2) Language. And no I don't mean French Spanish etc, I mean language as in swearing, Proboards is normally kept P13 and pokemon is PG. So please at least try to keep swearing to minimum.
3)Activity. Some sites do things like activity checks, well on here we don't do that. We cant ask for you to try and keep active when you can. And to keep in mind your characters and thread will never be deleted, they will be kept and in terms of threads they will get moved to archives in save keeping.
4)Accounts. Some sites like you to have one character per account, well here you can keep them to one account, just link to them in your signature. Simple right?
5) Skill. We all know that some are better at writing then others. Some can write a whole story or book and others, can only get to like one or two paragraphs. Well do not worry about that, here we accept all skill levels. We just ask for basic spelling and grammar with at least a paragraphs of at least 5 sentences. And no not tiny sentences, good sided ones.
6) In Character Time. One this site we aren't too set with time, just know that the canons cannot be played in this site, they basically disappeared lets say. Now with thread they can be any orders you like just remember that the modded threads will be in the order that they are done in. Any group threads without a mod post can be places anywhere in the journey as long as it makes sense.
7) Regions. So we have three regions correct? Well you may start in either of them. However, keep in mind that when you finish a regions contests or league that character can then travel to another region and start a journey there. The pokemon they had from the previous region however have to stay in their region and cannot come along. This is to prevent characters from using pokemon from other regions and steam rolling through a region. Cause steam rolling is no fun and means there is no challenge, and without a challenge it gets boring.
8) Staff. On this site, staff keep things in check and mod all the threads. This people are to be quite active and work together. If one goes inactive without a valid reason or warning before hand they may lose their place as staff. However as staff it does not mean you can add whatever you like to the site so stop following rules. The rules apply to everyone including staff and they should be kept to. If you see staff acting inappropriate or breaking rules, tell another member or staff and we will sort them out.
9) Characters from other Fandoms. On this site you can be like your oc from sonic or your pony oc for example. Or take cannons from anime etc, however they must be edited to fit into the site. For example if they have powers, can they use them or is something in the regions stopping them from doing so? Be creative, and you'll be fine. Do note that characters that keep their powers CANNOT use them on Pokemon and they CANNOT be used to kill.
